So many managers or leaders motivate with as stick or a carrot and then wonder why the motivational levels drop when they stop…. Motivation is like shaving – it’s short lived and essentially trise to get action “out of soomeone”. Inspiration creates a space where your teams or staff are passionate and “on fire” to achive meaningful success.
